Shipping policy

The standard (flat rate) shipping option is available for all sales channels. You can find our standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times at the time of checkout based on your order and ship-to location. 

Priority shipping is only available if the selected product offers this option, as indicated on the sales cart checkout screen.

If available, orders can be upgraded to priority shipping for an additional charge. Customers will be able to see the priority option at checkout if the option is available. Priority shipping can also be selected when submitting orders if the chosen location offers it. 

Please note that during sales and the holiday season (November/December), delivery times can be longer than expected.

We are able to ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.
